We had the Kobe beef here and it was excellent — rich, tender, and full of flavor. The chef, Hime, prepared it hibachi-style right in front of us, cooking just a few slices at a time to ensure perfect doneness and presentation. While the meal was on the expensive side, the quality of the beef and the care in preparation and presentation made it absolutely worth it. We also had the sushi set, prepared by Yoshi. The fried rice was also very good and complemented the beef nicely. A refined and memorable dining experience overall.
